Homework Plug is a business entity engaged in the activities of providing academic students with guidance, tutorials, and sample notes that will assist the student in producing an excellent assignment for a specific subject topic.  Homework Plug will accept virtually any academic challenge a student may need help with.

 

Homework Plug requires all persons having contact with this website and/or with any representative of Homework Plug to be 18 years of age or older.  No person under the age of 18 shall engage in any agreement for services offered by Homework Plug, nor shall a minor attempt to provide payment for services.

 

No work produced by Homework Plug is to be used by anyone as their own work product as Homework Plug will not be associated with such conduct.  Homework Plug, nor any affiliate, shall be responsible in anyway whatsoever for any unethical, fraudulent, or dishonest submission of its work product.  Homework Plug complies with all applicable copyright laws and expects any person receiving a work produced by Homework Plug to acknowledge Homework Plug copyright interest and will not portray the work product as their own.   Further, Homework Plug will not in anyway be responsible for any academic plagiarism, grades of any measure, disciplinary action by any educational institute, organization or otherwise, nor be a responsible party in any legal action whatsoever for any material submitted by the purchaser of any writing of Homework Plug.

 

All work product of Homework Plug provided to a purchaser will be original.  Homework Plug shall retain full copyright interest of such work product. The purchaser specifically agrees that the same shall be used for only personal use. The purchaser shall not sell, give away, publish, deliver or distribute any part of the work product of Homework Plug to a third party, nor at anytime portray any part of such work product of Homework Plug as their own.  

 

Homework Plug makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, relating to the content of its website, any social media content, or other means of communication whatsoever, arising by law or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement or any implied warranty arising out of course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade.    Homework Plug makes no representation that the operation of the website and its service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Homework Plug will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors on its website.

 

Homework Plug is dedicated to providing students with excellent service and will agree to do reviews and or revisions at no extra charge should the Administrator determine that Homework Plug did not meet the criteria as provided by the purchaser.  Any request for a revision must be made within twenty-four (24) hours of the product being provided to the purchaser. It is acknowledged that Homework Plug would have up to 72 hours to perform revisions. Please note that should the Administrator of Homework Plug determine that the criteria you initially provided was satisfied, then no revision will be performed.  Rather, the Administrator will confirm a fee to process and satisfy your request for additional services.

 

There exists no refunds for any service or work product provided by Homework Plug unless a refund request is accompanied by adequate proof of: (1) a missed deadline that Homework Plug was aware of and did not meet or (2) there exists plagiarism as confirmed by the assigned administrator for Homework Plug.

 

The purchaser of any service or work product of Homework Plug specifically agrees to release and hold the company and its employees, shareholders, directors, officers, agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, any third-party associated with Homework Plug harmless from any and all losses, rights, damages, claims, and actions of any kind whatsoever, arising out of or from any service or product of Homework Plug, to include, but not limited to (a) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind arising in connection with the services of Homework Plug; (b)  any event beyond the control of Homework Plug that might cause any product or service to be corrupted, disrupted, or delayed; (c) any errors associated with the service or work product of Homework Plug; (d) any failures or problematic issues relating to any communication device to include, but not limited to, email, phone, electronic, computer, internet, hardware or software malfunctions, breakdowns, delays or difficulties of any kind.

 

The purchaser shall hold Homework Plug and all company affiliates harmless and agrees to defend Homework Plug from any claim, lawsuit or demand, including attorney fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of any service of Homework Plug, your breach of any of the terms and conditions contained herein, your violation of the rights of a third party, or any other act or omission by you.

 

Homework Plug reserves the right to delete any user account who is in violation of these terms without warning or explanation.
